Very impressed with the product but I must say the seller (BCIPL) was outstanding. When the courier misplaced the shipment, they quickly sent out a new one the next day. The courier finally got their act together and delivered the original shipment 5 days late, now I have 2 thermal pads. Very impressed with the service and the speed of communication with BCIPL, definitely recommend them.
As for the thermal pad, I’ve only had it got a couple of hours but I’ve noticed a complete lack of noise from the fans….so they must be doing their job.
