Welcome to the One Digital Central website. Your use of this website demonstrates your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, please do not use this site. One Digital Central may from time to time amend, update or change this website including the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Prices of goods, delivery charges, and other charges displayed on the website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.
We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and One Digital Central is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
All Bank or Conversation fees are the responsibility of the customer
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
It is up to you as the buyer to make yourself aware of, and pay for any customs fees or duties that may be required for some products. One Digital Central is not liable for any customs duties that might be incurred when the goods are shipped.
Placement of any order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us. We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of the confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way.
Please note: your order will not be dispatched until your payment has cleared.
We reserve the right to not provide goods or services, terminate user accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) as our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted your payment for an order, cancelation of the order is within our sole discretion.
All products are sent by various couriers. Upon delivery, you will need to sign for your product (this protects you from possible theft). If you are not at home, the delivery will be taken to the nearest freight depot for your collection. They will leave a card for you with instructions on how to collect your delivery.
We believe we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process.
Without limiting the operation of any Terms and Conditions herein, One Digital Central is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancelation of an order or a product.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform One Digital Central if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the delivery partner to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Also note that mobile phones may be opened to verify there language and working properly before shipping.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure or our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancelation of an order.
Taxes, Customs, and Duties
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from OneDigitalCentral.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; "if they are charged" we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Generally this does not happen.
It is important that you inspect your product immediately after delivery. Damaged or incorrect products must be reported to our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price, delivery fee, and other fees via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.
When a product is replaced, your replacement product becomes your property, and the returned product becomes the property of One Digital Central. Similarly, if a refund is given, the returned product becomes the property of One Digital Central.
If the claim is later found to be false or incorrect, postage for the return of the product will be charged to the customer.
If you want to return a product to us for refund or exchange because it is faulty or damaged, please email our Customer Service team to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If a return is applicable, they will issue you with a unique RMA number. You will be given instructions on how to complete the return. Please note that any returns sent to our office without an RMA number will not be processed. Hence it is very important that you get issued an RMA number before returning a product.
We reserve the right to charge a handling or re-stocking fee of up to 20% of the product in the event the returned product having “no-fault found, or for any product which was correctly supplied according to the original order but you wish to return.
All returns must be in stock condition in the original boxes with all documentation and accessories included.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of returned items and any cost incurred for this is the responsibility of the purchaser. We will not normally make any charge for these goods to be returned back to you.
